WELCOME SPRING WITH ARTISANAL CHEESES FROM CANTON JURA

Welcome!

Our May Box featuring the artisanal cheeses of canton Jura is bursting with Spring flavor!  This mountain region is small but full of cheeses that impart its unique terroir.  The cheesemakers have perfected their skill to harness and embrace the local flavors into their special cheeses.  Shhh!  Given the small size of the canton, we allowed a neighbor to join the Box from canton Bern, but once you taste this beauty you will forgive us!  We didn’t want you to wait a year until we re-visited the canton of Bern! 😉

Bon appétit!
